Why do i hate people? It is because i analyse people too closely in their behaviour and the way they dress, and speak etc... i judge people very quickly without thought or understanding. Why do i hate myself? Again it is because i analyse all my faults and weaknesses with a binnocular. I judge myself quickly without going deeper into my heart to discover the cause of the great currents. I neglect to ask for God's help, He who has created me and who is able to restore my love and dignity.

Hatred is a most grievious sin. By this i love peoples friendship. Above all i lose confidence in myself which is far worse than anything else in this world. Please God, i beg you to teach me how to love, respect all mankind and myself. Teach me the meaning of true love, through the Bible which is the word of love. Through your Holy saints and above all through your dear Jesus who is the true love. Teach me how to look at people with love and understanding and around my weaknesses through Your help and love for me.

Teach me dear God to look at people as Joseph said, "You thought evil against me, but God meant i to be good." (Gen 50:20) Let me always have those words in my mind. "Rejoice not against me, O min enemy;when i fall, i shall rise." (Mic 7:8)
